On Sunday afternoon, Charlotte learned about a commitment from an offensive guard from Georgia.

Jacob Webb, a 6-foot-5, 250-pound prospect from Creekview High School made his announcement to Charlote on Sunday.

Webb held offers from the 49ers, Georgia State, Mercer, Elon, and Eastern Kentucky. He received his offer from Charlotte back on June 3, which was his second overall offer.

He is the second commitment this week for Charlotte, as they also landed Mark Shekletski earlier.
