Charlotte's Style Excites RB Abrams

Kevon Abrams is a JUCO prospect that recently received his second offer from the Charlotte 49ers. The 5'10 running back seemed excited about the news and about the program, as the staff at Charlotte thinks that Abrams could be a big benefit down the road.

Abrams is still currently learning more about what Charlotte has to offer but from what he has heard, the style and play of the 49ers excites him early.

"It is a blessing to receive an offer from Charlotte," he said. "I've been patiently waiting to receive an offer for the longest time and finally received one. They told me they like the way I run and the package I have can help their offense a lot.

From what I've seen and been told, I like everything about them and the thing that excites me about the 49ers is the way they run the ball."

Right now, Charlotte and South Alabama are his only two offers and he has already made a visit to Charlotte in the past. He made that visit back in October.

The experience though of Abrams at Butler could also be a huge benefit to the offense, as he was the main threat in the backfield this past season, rushing for over 1,100 yards and nine touchdowns.
