With college coaches out on the road in July, numerous high school basketball prospects across the country raised their stock with solid performances. One player who helped his cause a great deal is Hyattsville (Md.) DeMatha guard Jerian Grant. The 6-foot-5, 180-pounder always had a reputation as an explosive scorer, but during July he also showed off some impressive point guard skills, and interest from major programs ramped up from there.
